on Steam Deck: testing status

Steam Deck performance has not been tested by this wiki. A PC release alone does not establish a comfortable handheld experience.

Untested on Steam Deck. We do not have measured frame rates, battery-life results, a tested Proton version or a verified settings preset to recommend.

What is established

Terrible Lizards has a PC release on Steam. Check the current store page for Valve’s compatibility label and any publisher requirements. A Windows PC specification does not establish equivalent performance on Steam Deck.

What a useful handheld test needs

  • The game build, SteamOS version and selected compatibility tool.
  • Observed controls, prompts and text readability at the handheld’s screen size.
  • Frame-rate and frame-time behavior in the attraction, open digsite and a chase.
  • Measured power use and battery conditions, with the resolution and graphics options recorded.
  • Checkpoint loading and suspend/resume behavior.

Until those checks are performed, publishing exact graphics settings or a frame-rate promise would be misleading. This testing-status page is kept out of the search index while it lacks those results.

If you have reproducible results, share the build and test conditions. For gameplay help independent of device performance, use the walkthrough or code reference.
